This paper presents the results of the experiences, reflections and decisions that are part of an internal participatory project, carried out at the Brazilian Institute of Development and Sustainability, IABS (Brazilian Third Sector organization), which aimed to provide agile responses and appropriate to their work environment, based on an evaluation of the unprecedented conditions that arose with the Covid-19 pandemic. The research, carried out in different phases, aimed to discover the changes in work dynamics in the context of teleworking; the impact of this type of work on a personal, professional and environmental level; the adjustments in the institutional dynamics, as well as the consequences on the effectiveness of the Institute’s actions and projects. Based on the initial results, an institutional analysis was carried out, which gave rise to a proposal for a typology of forms of team commitment. A space for participation, “Open Channel”, was then opened to receive feedback on the partial results achieved and, finally, a proposal was generated for the reconfiguration of work modalities (routines, physical space, methodologies) to deal with the New Normality, social context that is configured after the pandemic.
