Use of the Site requires users’ express acceptance of all terms stated in the present Legal Notice, in addition to the specific warnings or terms established for the hiring of particular services, products or the use of spaces on the Site.

Should the user not accept the terms set out in the present Legal Notice, they must refrain from accessing and/or using the services and/or content made available on the Site and should, therefore, exit immediately.


The user must not use the Site for any activities that are in breach of laws, ethics and public order, and, in general, the Site must be used in accordance with the conditions established in the present Legal Notice. The entirety of this Site: text, images, trademarks, graphs, logos, buttons, software archives, and colour combinations, and the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its content, is protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property laws. ACTION AGAINST HUNGER must be informed of any interest in activating a link to any of its pages, and express consent to create the said link must be obtained. ACTION AGAINST HUNGER reserves the right to oppose the activation of links on its website.

ACTION AGAINST HUNGER will not be directly or alternatively responsible for:

  • The quality of the service, the speed of access, and the correct performance or the availability or continuing operation of the Site.
  • Damages that could be caused to users’ computers through using the Site.
  • Cases in which a third party, violating established security measures, accesses messages or uses them to spread computer viruses.
