This paper presents the results of the experiences, reflections and decisions that are part of an internal participatory project, carried out at the Brazilian Institute of Development and Sustainability, IABS (Brazilian Third Sector organization), which aimed to provide agile responses and appropriate to their work environment, based on an evaluation of the unprecedented conditions that arose with the Covid-19 pandemic.
